First Post, may as well state our purpose here!

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to check out this blog! With so many blogs on the net, there are always going to be several covering the same ground. As such, this post is to state my goals for this one:

  1. To promote healthy and intelligent discussion regarding gaming as a whole.
  2. To educate players of several games of several genres regarding potential strategies.
  3. To debate the effectiveness of different strategies in their given context in gaming.
  4. To discuss gaming as a whole, including theory that can be applied in a broader context.
  5. To promote gaming as a healthy activity for a family to come together as a whole.
  6. To promote gaming as a healthy education tool for families to use.

As of now, these six goals are what I will attempt to fulfill with this blog. I cannot promise regular content, as I do have obligations to my family, friends, and my workplace to fulfill. In exchange for that understanding, I will strive to create quality content in everything I post.

A few disclaimers:

  1. All rights/credit for images, decklists, or otherwise to their respective owners. I will make every effort to credit on an individual basis, but if you find one that I have missed, please let me know, and I will have no problem notating as such. Also, if you have any issues with me posting your content, let me know, and I will work with you to either remove it or modify it to an appropriate extent.
  2. Given the above, I WILL use other peoples decklists/builds/ideas in my analysis. I will post original ideas as I come up with them. However, I will not lie to you and say I'm an absolute genius who can come up with everything on my own. In any game, there are always going to be ideas that pop out. As such, I will not claim them as my own. The point of exchanging information is to bring everyone on even ground.
  3. If you use one of my ideas to top somewhere, a nod would be nice, but is in no way required! :)

Again, thank you for your time. My first piece of actual content will be up soon, so please look forward to it!
